How long does it take to get paid?
3 days. Usually. Think of Single as an extremely smart "dumb pipe". Fans are actually paying you directly via Shopify Payments and Single's distribution fee is calculated automatically. Shopify deposits store payments during Pay Periods that vary by location. Learn more about Shopify Payments.
How do I require email at checkout?
Inside your Shopify admin Go to “Settings” and select “Checkout”. Scroll down to the “Customer contact” section and select “Customers can only checkout using email”. How do I run test purchases in Shopify?
Turn on Test Mode You’ve finished creating your digital release on Single. Now it’s time to see what purchasing your music on Shopify looks like from a customer’s perspective. How do I change the currency in Single?
Trick question… You don’t have to! Totals in your Single dashboard pull right from Shopify. This means that whichever currency you have set in Shopify will be displayed in Single. You will still see a “$” sign in your Single dashboard. Do not fear! This is just a simple passthrough… No conversion required. £1 = $1

What is "manage fulfillment"?
When you attach a digital release to a Shopify product, our default is to not mark the order fulfilled when we deliver digital music. This is so we don't interfere as you go about shipping physical products. When enabled, Single will update the fulfillment status of the product upon release date.
