Can other people manage my Single account?
Grant access to artists, managers, labels, interns, and helicopter parents. No Shop Connected? Have you created a Single account, but see this message when you log in? This usually happens when the email used to sign up for Single differs from the shop owner's email in Shopify. No worries! Here are the steps you should follow to gain access: Check your login email against the shop owner’s Shopify Admin email. If you have access to the main Single music account or know who does,
"Artist Already Exists"
It's an Imposter! Actually it's probably not, but we can never be too careful. As an additional step to thwart piracy we only allow artists to sell from one store unless otherwise approved. (e.g. Label shop & Artist's shop). If you feel that you've received this notification in error or someone has claimed a name belonging to you, let us know.
How do I uninstall?
It's not you. It's us. If you need to uninstall for any reason, go to the "Apps" page in your Shopify Admin and click the trash can.
What if my Shopify account has multiple stores?
Look at the hot-shot with multiple stores. Shopify Partners, Merch Companies, & Labels may have multiple stores associated with one email and that's cool with us. Where do I log in?
Depends on who you are. Artists log in using the Single App. There is no login for fans at the moment. Fans receive music via the email they used for purchase!
What if I forget my account credentials?
It happens. Reset your password using the "Don't remember your password?" link on the login page.
